Onestop Safety Systems Ltd supply and install a wide variety of Single Point Roof Anchors. The anchorage system is designed specifically to provide fall protection, allowing the user to remain attached at all times whilst having freedom of movement to perform tasks on the roof area.
Due to the diversity of roof specifications in the current market we can provide anchorage systems to suit a wide range of roof systems from Tiled, Slated, Composite, Standing Seam, Flat roofs. This will include anchors that are top fixed to the roof system and also through fixed to the purlin/rafters depending on the roof specification details.
The single point roof anchors will be supplied and installed to comply with BS EN 795 Class A1 & A2 and BS 7883. Onestop will issue certification for the anchor indicating the installation completion date and the standards and regulations that the anchors comply with.
We can also provide training for the users on the operational use of their required PPE and also the use of the anchor system.
Free Standing Constant Force Anchors
Onestop Safety Systems Ltd can supply and install Free Standing Anchorage Points as an alternative to rigid fixed anchors when these types are impractical. The free standing constant force posts are designed for nominally flat roofs with a maximum roof pitch of 5 degrees, this can be increased if the fall arrest moves the anchor up the roof slope.
The Latchway Free Standing CF Post can be used within and single anchorage point system or either as part of a Mansafe Line System using Latchways componentry and wire.
The free standing anchor will be supplied and installed to comply with BS EN 795 Class E or BS EN 795 Class C as part of a mansafe line system.
Abseiling Anchors
Onestop Safety Systems Ltd also supply and install Abseiling Anchorage Points. The abseil anchorage system will allow the trained abseiling user to gain safe access to external areas of the building that cannot be accessed any other way (i.e. external windows and tiled panels etc).
Again due to the diversity of roof specifications in the current market we can provide abseiling anchorage systems to suit a wide range of roof systems.
We will design the anchorage points and system to allow a user to carry out the required works. The abseil anchors will be designed to take the load/weight of the user along with their equipment. The user must have two anchorage points to connect onto whilst carrying out their works, this is incase the primary (working) anchor or the PPE equipment fails the user must have a back-up ‘Fall Arrest’ anchor. Onestop will incorporate this within the design of the system.
